KOEKELOEREN
What started as a typography project around the word ''koekeloeren'', which means something in between ''looking'', ''staring'' and ''peeping'' in Dutch, evolved into a graphic experiment that uses the all-seeing eye in a dollar bill as a building stone for different geometrical forms. The compositions are mostly layered and invite the viewer to gaze, but the image inevitably always stares back. In order to enhance a feeling of something 'alive' that is looking at you, I also created a small animation using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects
